A whole List of Dofollow Social Bookmarking Sites

To begin with, since I always like paying special awareness of beginners, I'd like to explain exactly what dofollow bookmarking sites are. Social bookmarking sites, to prevent spammy submissions, usually add nofollows, that are basically an instruction that the Google bot gets telling it not to observe the link on their own site towards yours. Therefore, the link will not improve your site's PageRank, that is probably the most, or even the most crucial key to get top spots on the search engines. - image source

Are these links useless then? The answer then is no. They are still useful if you'd like traffic, publicity for the site and reader interest, amongst other things. However, there are dofollow bookmarking sites out there. At this time, we're referring to smaller websites, not the most common, but submission is advantageous. It won't replace an excellent SEO and social media strategy, but it is definitely an interesting portion of it.

Here is a very complete list of some dofollow bookmarking sites which I've come up with. Many times more spam than usual here, and don't forget these sites have a tendency to appear and vanish fast - you could have to actually have the list and re-check it occasionally - but they are still a valid option:

So how can we discover nofollow links anyway? Although I'm usually a Google Chrome user, for this I recommend with all the Mozilla Firefox browser, because it enables you to install what are called add-ons. If you search for 'firefox nofollow addon', you'll be able to install numerous programs that mark nofollow links with red highlighting - an extremely useful trick for almost any webmaster. Once you get into a website which is all marked in red, you will know that links placed there aren't useful for SEO purposes. On the other hand, if there's no red highlighting, you're all set. - https://www.diigo.com/user/edwinamoody9

Other best ways to get dofollow links is simply by submitting work you're writing to particular PR (or Press Release) sites. While traffic on these isn't generally huge, the dofollow links are valuable: just the same situation just like the dofollow social bookmarking sites we listed before... These PR sites don't value quality content just as much, so it is fine to submit less newsworthy or informative items, including announcements about your business, which - let's be honest - can be quite a tiny bit less interesting to some general public. - Diigo
